Coaching

In addition to our Saturday activities, we also have coached training sessions during the week. Our main club training night is Tuesday afternoons/evenings at Alex Moore Park.

However we also run additional children’s athletics coaching for the younger kids and middle distance running training for juniors aged 10–19, for those who want additional fitness or skills training.

Juniors aged 10–19

If you are aged 10 and older and would like specialist middle distance running training, then join our coaching groups with Juan McDonald (10 to 13s) and Alistair Leslie (13 and older) on Tuesdays and Thursdays:
