We have learned of another Wellington record being broken by one of our junior women last week.
Jess broke Alana (nee Prosser) Gould's 20 year old 3000m record at the College Sport Wellington regionals last Wednesday. Jess's time was 10:50, welll under Alana's old record of 11:04.
This is excellent news for Jess, showing she is well on back track after being diagnosed with diabetes six months ago.
